T2 Training Center and Quest Speed have partnered up and put together an incredible High School / College Preparation training program specifically for those baseball players that are serious about competing at the next level. Our college / professional and college bound / professional bound athletes have or currently participate in this exact training regimen. If your plan is to have the opportunity to play at the next level this type of training is important to your future in baseball. As you already may know baseball scouting and recruiting has changed over time with technology and has gone to a data driven process. Baseball skill and ability is no longer the only thing that makes up your profile as a player. These recruiters are becoming more focused on the data that is collected from the combines that are run at recruiting events and games that can sometimes overshadow the ability to play the game. Here is a list of a few tests that will make up your profile as an athlete and recruit as well as rank you against your competition.
60 - yard dash (might change to 30 yard). 10 - yard splits.
Home to 1st times
Stolen base splits
Mobility, Explosive Power, Strength
Shuttle Reaction times
Velocity off of bat
Length of time bat is on plane
The training that is offered in this program (Quest Speed) will not only improve your scores on these tests but will help maximize your ability to become the best athlete that you are made up to be. Today’s top athletes are serious about this type of training which is raising the bar and expectations in all sports.
The program includes 45 minutes of skill work (either hitting or fielding) and 1 hour of Quest Speed Training 2x per week. We have limited space in this group which trains Wednesdays from 6pm - 8pm and Fridays 5pm - 7pm. This is a great opportunity for you to get that extra weekly work that could potentially give you the edge you need on your competition. For more information, please contact Brian at 909-240-9975.
*Arm care program coming soon.
We offer advanced fielding instruction from former professional infielders Brian Turang (Seattle Mariners) and Joe Scott (Colorado Rockies). Our focus is on high level skill sets which will take your game to the next level. For more information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
